By enrolling in our Clubco Direct Members Auto-Delivery Program you agree to set up and automatic shipment with a scheduled fee that you agree to at the time of enrollment. You agree and authorize Clubco Direct to store your credit card for use with future transactions including Members Auto-Delivery Program for either product and/or service orders on a monthly basis for the amount (including applicable taxes and shipping) governed by this Agreement. You can modify or cancel the order at any time prior to the order being shipped in your back office, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or calling Customer Support 801-438-4732. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to the return procedure found in our Returns and Refund Policy.
